UrbanFence La Porte Fencing provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties. We specialize in wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, pool, and commercial fencing solutions. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all fencing projects. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

Project Timeline and Scheduling

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, project timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material delays, permit requirements, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption to your schedule.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and marking any underground utilities or irrigation systems. You must also obtain any necessary HOA approvals before we begin work. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or structures.

You agree to remove any personal items, furniture, or decorations from the work area before we arrive. This helps us work efficiently and protects your belongings.

Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on all installations. The specific terms of your warranty will be outlined in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and handled directly with the manufacturer. We will assist you with any warranty claims as needed.

Limitation of Liability

UrbanFence La Porte Fencing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We carry appropriate insurance for all our work.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project before work begins with written notice. Cancellations after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to cancellation fees to cover costs incurred. We reserve the right to cancel projects if site conditions make the work unsafe or impractical.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
